Wish she had done more radio but I guess it was a one time deal to plug 'Transatlantic Merry-Go-Round'. Even though the Jack Benny character was in its early days, he worked really well pitted against a know it all brat like Mitzi.Russellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11455919210943848573noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8557817177464738736.post-91201052271751270142015-06-28T17:56:58.528-07:002015-06-28T17:56:58.528-07:00You can hear her as a guest star towards the end o...You can hear her as a guest star towards the end of the 18th November 1934 edition of Jack Benny's Jell-O radio show.<br />It's the one entitled "Mrs Wigg of the Onion Patch".Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8557817177464738736.post-58603209945809247822014-05-23T10:08:27.155-07:002014-05-23T10:08:27.155-07:00I just discovered her last year. By the age of 14, she was playing an adult in TRANSATLANTIC MERRY-GO-ROUND. She is a remarkable talent. Her maturity, wit, and incredible timing put her ahead of any child star I have seen. I guess the studios preferred the Temple sentimentalism...but it is so boring and predictable compared to Mitzi's antics.Dave B Pattersonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07512293346028395721noreply@blogger.com
